## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Translate user requirements into embedded software specifications and deliverables.
- Write, debug, and maintain high-quality embedded C code for microcontrollers (ARM Cortex‑M).
- Design, implement, and run unit and functional tests; improve code for performance and power efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware, application software, and lead engineers on product development and integration.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software interactions, perform hardware debugging, and document designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

Requirements:
- Extensive embedded software experience (senior level, typically 10+ years) and a relevant degree in EE, CS, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in embedded C and solid Python skills for tooling and test automation.
- Experience with ARM Cortex‑M, RTOS concepts, debugging tools, and performance/power optimization.
- Familiarity with unit/functional testing, continuous integration, CMake, and hardware bring‑up.
- Experience with GNSS positioning or signal processing is a plus; good communication and documentation skills required.

## Responsibilities

Translate user requirements into specifications for embedded applications, then develop, debug, test, and maintain embedded software in C. Improve code performance and power efficiency, collaborate with hardware and software teams on product development, and mentor junior engineers.
