Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, resilient frontend applications focused on high availability and maintainability.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable UI components to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery.
- Lead features from design through deployment, delivering high-performance, production-quality code.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions, performance optimizations and observability for large datasets.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to translate product goals into user-focused interfaces.
- Mentor engineers, run code reviews, and promote best practices for testing, CI/CD and accessibility.

Requirements:
- 5+ years building production frontend systems with strong experience in React or Vue.
- Deep focus on performance, UX, and building reusable component libraries.
- Experience shaping frontend infrastructure, including testing, bundling, and deployment pipelines.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and data visualization patterns; interest in applied AI/agentic workflows a plus.
- Strong ownership, collaboration and communication skills in fast-growing teams.
