Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain high-availability internal web applications and platform services using a modern stack.
- Integrate AI models and automation into back-office tools to improve operational workflows and productivity.
- Design and implement robust REST APIs, internal libraries, and CLI tooling to support platform consumers.
- Measure, monitor, and optimize distributed systems for scalability, performance, and observability.
- Mentor teammates, lead design reviews, write technical documentation, and promote engineering best practices (TDD/BDD, clean code).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, ship features, and iterate on platform capabilities.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript for complex frontend applications.
- Solid backend skills with Node.js, API design, and familiarity building internal services and npm packages.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and domain-driven design patterns (hexagonal, event-driven).
- Experience with PostgreSQL performance and scalability, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps-oriented practices.
- Proven use of engineering best practices: clean code, testing, code review, and observability.
- Bonus: knowledge of Kotlin/Spring Boot, Python, or generative AI frameworks (LangChain, RAG). Excellent communication and collaborative mindset required.
