## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Build and scale client-facing applications, internal tools and backend microservices across the full stack using TypeScript.
- Implement reliable APIs (REST/GraphQL), asynchronous workflows and cloud infrastructure (AWS, containers, CI/CD) to support product needs.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, observability, performance tuning and secure-by-design practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Data teams to translate business requirements into robust, maintainable systems.
- Influence architectural decisions, contribute to developer experience and help evolve testing/monitoring standards.
- Apply AI tooling where it adds value to product features or engineering processes.

Requirements:
- Strong practical experience with TypeScript across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/NestJS) stacks.
- Familiarity with cloud-native deployments (AWS, Docker), CI/CD, microservices and event-driven patterns.
- Solid API design skills (REST and/or GraphQL), automated testing and observability practices.
- Understanding of security, data privacy and operational reliability in regulated environments (fintech/banking preferred).
- Collaborative, product-oriented mindset and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs for long-term maintainability.
