## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intuitive, accessible UI components using TypeScript and React for Fleet and Streams.
- Integrate frontend features with backend services (Node.js) to ensure reliable, high-performance user flows.
- Own complex features end-to-end: plan approach, make architecture choices, split work and drive delivery.
- Lead architecture and system-design discussions, weigh trade-offs for backwards compatibility, performance and scale.
- Define and enforce coding standards, promote reusable components and maintain automated testing and CI/CD.
- Perform thorough code reviews, identify security and maintainability issues, and mentor peers.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team, partner closely with designers and product managers, and run usability tests.

Requirements:
- Strong production experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js (full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Proven track record leading non-trivial features from design through production and making system-design decisions.
- Experience with frontend architecture, reusable component design, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working async across time zones and communicating clearly in open-source-style workflows (GitHub/Slack).
- Familiarity with observability concepts, Elastic Stack/Kibana or real-time/log data tooling is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and ability to evaluate new technologies pragmatically.
