## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical data migration from legacy HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) to HiBob: source-to-target mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
- Build and maintain the HR Data Warehouse as the single source of truth; design schemas and enforce data governance across 6 countries (~3,300 employees).
- Create and automate ETL/data pipelines (scripts and scheduled jobs) to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Develop workforce planning models: headcount forecasting, FTE/payroll tracking, cost projections and turnover prediction models.
- Design and deliver production-grade BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) with semantic models (DAX) and automated refreshes for stakeholders and executives.
- Translate technical data outputs into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready reports.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in data analytics/people analytics with hands-on experience in large HRIS environments (BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions) and strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning and automation.
- Production experience building data models and dashboards in Power BI (advanced DAX) or Tableau; familiarity with star/snowflake schemas.
- Practical knowledge of people metrics (attrition, retention, eNPS), compensation & benefits basics, and workforce planning frameworks.
- Experience with data migration processes, data quality controls, and cross-country dataset integration.
- Strong communication skills to present technical architecture and financial models to non-technical HR stakeholders and executives.
- Must be available to work on-site 5 days/week in Belgrade (strictly on-site).

## Responsibilities

Lead the migration of people data from legacy systems to a new global HRIS and maintain a centralized HR Data Warehouse. Develop workforce planning models and automated BI dashboards to provide strategic insights for C-level executives.
