Responsibilities:
- Design and build reusable application templates and reference implementations (Spring Boot, Node.js, Python Lambdas) to enable "service in a day" onboarding.
- Own core architectural components and central integration libraries used across 40+ application teams.
- Lead technology migrations and upgrades (e.g., Spring Boot), ensuring backward compatibility and best practices.
- Improve CI/CD, security practices, and cloud cost-efficiency across distributed AWS accounts (ECS, Fargate, Lambda).
- Research and prototype serverless and storage optimizations; measure performance and operational impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and drive framework adoption.
- Champion secure-by-default patterns and vulnerability analysis across framework artifacts.
- Advocate and pilot AI coding tools to accelerate developer workflows and productivity.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in Kotlin and/or Java with Spring Boot in production microservice environments.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Fargate, Lambda), Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD, container orchestration, distributed systems, and observability practices.
- Background in designing reusable libraries, APIs, and developer-facing templates.
- Solid system design skills and familiarity with message systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS) and GraphQL desirable.
- Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English communication and proven ability to work cross-team in a DevOps culture.
