Responsibilities:
- Design, build and operate a high-throughput, low-latency recommendation system that scales to millions of users and billions of daily requests.
- Identify and engineer predictive signals from large-scale datasets to improve relevance models and bidding strategies.
- Develop, train and optimize deep learning models for recommendations and real-time bidding using TensorFlow, PyTorch or Jax.
- Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, performance analysis, alerting and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to productionize models, integrate serving infrastructure and run rigorous A/B tests.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade recommendation systems in high-volume environments (adtech, e‑commerce, search).
- Strong deep learning expertise with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch or Jax and model optimization for latency/throughput.
- Solid software engineering skills and experience operating ML systems in production, including monitoring and experiment design.
- Experience with distributed data processing and streaming (Spark, Flink, Kafka) and familiarity with large-scale storage/analytics (S3, Athena, MySQL) is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and evaluate A/B experiments and translate results into product and revenue impact.
