## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ML/AI features across products: assistants, chatbots, data processing, generation, search and recommender systems.
- Build end-to-end solutions: data preparation, model training, evaluation, A/B testing and production deployment.
- Select and evaluate modelling approaches (LLMs, open-source/self-hosted models or external providers) based on trade-offs (quality, latency, cost).
- Monitor and improve model performance, investigate failures, refine prompts, data and system architecture to raise quality and reliability.
- Work with product, engineering and analysts to define success metrics and measure product impact; maintain MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging, containerisation).

Requirements:
- 3+ years of ML engineering experience delivering production ML systems with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong practical expertise in NLP and LLM-based systems as well as traditional ML/NLP methods (classification, retrieval, ranking).
- Proficiency in Python (or Go) and production-grade development practices; experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and experimentation tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) and solid understanding of A/B testing and metric interpretation.
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to evaluate trade-offs (quality, latency, cost) and improve engineering practices.

## Responsibilities

Design and implement ML and AI modules, including LLM-based solutions, from prototyping to production integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor model performance, analyze metrics, and improve system architecture.
