## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Identify product opportunities where ML adds measurable customer value and define the ML framing for those problems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, research algorithms and build prototypes to validate ideas.
- Perform offline evaluation and experiment design to gather evidence an approach will work in production.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and engineering to ship prototypes to beta and production.
- Measure model and product impact, iterate based on results and operational metrics.
- Communicate findings, trade-offs and recommendations across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of applied ML experience with a track record of shipping or prototyping ML features.
- Strong practical statistics knowledge (experiment design, confounding, evaluation metrics).
- Intermediate programming skills (Python) and experience with data pipelines and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with NLP/transformer models and modern ML tooling is a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and product-oriented mindset.
- Typically MSc or higher in ML, statistics, CS or related field (PhD a plus).

## Responsibilities

Identify where ML can create value, frame product problems, research and select algorithms, prototype and evaluate offline, collaborate with product/design, and help bring ML models to production.

## Requirements
