## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data & AI due diligence across pre-deal, integration, carve-out, and transformation phases.
- Define target-state architectures, transition plans, and roadmaps for integrations and separations.
- Translate technical findings into commercial insights (GenAI efficiency, monetisation, and deal value).
- Identify risks, technical debt, and value-creation opportunities across data landscapes.
- Oversee data separation, migration, orchestration, and modernisation including AI-enabled approaches.
- Advise senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on deals.

Requirements:
- Deep experience in enterprise and solution-level data architecture and target-state design.
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms, data monetisation strategies, and modern data ecosystems.
- Proven track record in due diligence, deals/consulting, or private equity-related transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data governance, orchestration, model operationalisation, and IT estate transformation.
- Commercial mindset and ability to link technical recommendations to business and financial impact.

## Responsibilities
