Senior Manual QA Engineer at The Multiple

Responsibilities:
- Define, own and continuously improve test strategies, plans and QA standards across multiple projects.
- Design, write and maintain clear test cases for functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing.
- Execute test procedures, validate behavior against specifications and verify fixes.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device UI testing using BrowserStack; run smoke, sanity, regression, performance and UAT cycles.
- Log, triage and manage defects in Jira (or equivalent) with reproducible steps, evidence and severity classification.
- Produce concise test summaries and status reports for stakeholders; participate in sprint planning, refinement and retrospectives.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers; recommend improvements to QA tooling and processes; support early automation efforts.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on manual QA experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven ownership of the full QA lifecycle: strategy, test design, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Practical experience with BrowserStack and QA tooling such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr or similar.
- Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, regression and exploratory testing approaches; familiarity with UAT and performance test basics.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies and collaborating with developers, product owners and analysts.
- Strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and a proactive, quality-first mindset.
