## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own and champion Marketing Mix Modelling for the Acquisition segment in partnership with Data Science and Analytics Engineering.
- Lead Test & Learn experiments: design, implement, analyse and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Define and prioritise the acquisition measurement roadmap with cross-functional partners.
- Act as the go-to analytics partner for paid media, referral, product marketing and strategy teams.
- Build scalable, self-serve analytics assets: measurement frameworks, data lineage and interactive dashboards.
- Capture and share learnings: document models, insights and processes to raise analytics maturity.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing or product analytics with proven experience in acquisition measurement.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling and experimental design & analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; strong data modelling and statistical skills.
- Experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset) and strong data storytelling ability.
- Able to work with senior stakeholders and translate technical results into business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment and driving analytics best practices.

## Responsibilities

You will act as the analytics focal point for Marketing Mix Modelling and lead the acquisition measurement domain roadmap. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable data resources and drive data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.

## Requirements
