## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and act as analytics focal point for acquisition measurement.
- Design, run and analyse Test & Learn experiments end-to-end; deliver clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Own the acquisition measurement roadmap and prioritisation in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
- Advise marketing teams (paid media, referrals, product marketing) on measurement strategy and metrics.
- Build scalable, self-serve analytics: measurement frameworks, data models and dashboards for marketers.
- Document insights, data models and processes to improve analytics maturity and cross-team knowledge.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing or product analytics with a focus on acquisition and measurement.
- Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and experimental design/analysis.
- Strong SQL and Python or R skills; ability to build and validate data models.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset) and data storytelling.
- Ability to partner with senior leadership and translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
