Senior Platform Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure (d/f/m) at Scout24

Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms to support microservices at scale.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, automated deployment pipelines and environment provisioning.
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, runbooks and capacity planning.
- Work with product teams to simplify developer experience and enable fast, safe delivery.
- Review architecture and code, mentor engineers and promote best practices for security and operability.

Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proven knowledge of networking, VPCs, load balancing, and cloud security practices.
- Practical experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK) and CI/CD systems.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming (TypeScript, Go, Python or similar) for automation.
- Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, ELK, Prometheus) and incident management.
- Product-thinking, strong communication skills and experience influencing cross-team technical decisions.
