## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end payment domain for MOIA’s mobility platform, treating payments as a standalone product.
- Define and execute a scalable payment roadmap aligned with company strategy (B2B, B2B2G, MaaS, AD services).
- Design multi-tenant payment architectures and make trade-offs between standardisation and partner-specific needs.
- Drive partner integrations and white‑label implementations: lead workshops, align requirements, and support integrations with providers (e.g., Adyen).
- Prioritise features into epics and user stories; work with engineering to refine scope within technical constraints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and invoicing requirements across markets.
- Collaborate with Technical Lead, Agile Coach, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery and product quality.
- Evaluate monetization models and commercial viability for new markets and services.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in payments (B2B/B2B2C), including multi-tenant or partner-based payment solutions.
- Strong product management skills: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with partner integrations and managing payment provider relationships (e.g., Adyen) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory/tax implications for payments and invoicing across markets.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams; able to translate partner needs into technical requirements.
- Fluent English; ability to communicate with B2B/B2G partners and international teams.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI-enabled product workflows and mobility or MaaS domains.
