Senior Product Manager at Borderless

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end feature delivery in a two-week sprint model: scope, prioritise, ship and iterate with a focus on UX and measurable impact.
- Triage and synthesise feature requests and customer feedback into a clear prioritised backlog and roadmap inputs.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and align engineering, design, customer success, sales and operations to meet sprint goals.
- Be the voice of the customer in product decisions and contribute structured thinking to product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Requirements:
- 5–10 years in product, engineering or operations with demonstrated outcomes, ideally including delivery of AI-enabled features.
- High ownership, urgency and ability to drive outcomes in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
- Strong customer empathy, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work from the office three days per week (role requirement).
