## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap and strategy for a core GRC SaaS area, aligning work to business and customer outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional squads (engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, customer success) to design, build and launch features.
- Run customer discovery, validate problems and solutions, and translate insights into clear user stories and requirements.
- Define KPIs, run experiments, track performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
- Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize trade‑offs, and influence stakeholders to drive decisions and adoption.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience shipping B2B Enterprise SaaS, ideally including AI assistants/agents or analytics products.
- Hands‑on agile experience: backlog management, writing user stories and leading discovery/validation conversations.
- Strong data literacy: comfortable defining metrics, running experiments and using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to align cross‑functional partners without formal authority.
- Bias for action, ownership mentality and experience driving measurable product outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
