## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the engagement strategy to increase retention, session frequency and LTV across the Justplay ecosystem.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate engagement features and scale successful mechanics.
- Apply gamification, behavioral science and habit-forming techniques to product features and events.
- Partner with live-ops, marketing and analytics to align campaigns, events and monetization with product goals.
- Monitor key metrics, surface insights and iterate quickly on product improvements.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize engagement learnings.

Requirements:
- 4+ years driving retention and engagement in mobile products, ideally in mobile games, loyalty platforms or B2C apps.
- Strong data literacy: experience designing experiments, analyzing results and turning insights into product changes.
- Familiarity with gamification, live-ops, ad-revenue models and habit-forming mechanics.
- Excellent project management and cross-team communication skills in English.
- Comfort with rapid iteration, hypothesis-driven development and prioritizing for impact.

Shape and execute the engagement strategy to increase retention and growth for the Justplay App and gaming ecosystem. Leverage gamification and behavioral science to optimize LTV and iterate features based on user data and A/B testing.
