## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the vision and strategy for a core Growth area (landing, sign-up, onboarding, activation, referrals).
- Define high-signal goals and KPIs (acquisition, activation, conversion, referral metrics) and drive teams to meet them.
- Design and prioritise experiments, lead A/B testing and build an experimentation engine to validate product changes.
- Remove activation friction by improving flows, UX, instrumentation and conversion points across devices.
- Create and iterate on referral and viral loops to increase organic growth and lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science and ML teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Evangelise customer-centric thinking and mentor product teams to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in growth or top-of-funnel roles with measurable impact on acquisition/activation.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and extracting insights from data (SQL/analytics tools).
- Experience building and scaling onboarding, activation or referral systems in consumer products.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodology and product analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate customer problems into clear product solutions and prioritise ruthlessly.
- Experience working with or alongside ML teams is desirable.
