(Senior) Product Manager- Market Making (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for market making on the European Investor Exchange and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate market research, quantitative analysis and user feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with trading, engineering, operations, compliance and external partners to design, launch and iterate features.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance and adjust the roadmap to improve liquidity, execution and client outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external counterparties and market infrastructure providers.

Requirements:
- Practical product management experience in a startup, trading or fintech environment (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial markets, market making concepts, trading infrastructure and market microstructure.
- Comfortable with quantitative data analysis and translating results into product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with engineering and trading teams.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
