Responsibilities:
- Own product vision and roadmap for Operations systems that manage vehicle flow from OEMs to delivery-ready compounds.
- Translate operational processes and partner workflows into robust product requirements that handle edge cases and peak load.
- Build prediction and capacity tools to anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks and reduce firefighting.
- Maintain customer focus: link operational root causes to customer impact and prioritise work that protects delivery experience.
- Work closely with engineering, design, data and field operations to ensure solutions are implemented and adopted.

Requirements:
- Several years of product management experience focused on operations, supply chain, logistics or fulfillment at scale.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data to drive decisions and design forecasting/monitoring solutions.
- Experience translating complex operational processes into reliable digital products and workflows.
- Commercial instinct, stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise for impact and a bias for action.
- Fluent English and experience operating within EMEA/time-zone constraints preferred.
