## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of high-profile digital products and services for large public-sector and private clients.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; act as primary client contact within delivery teams.
- Define product strategy and vision; create and maintain roadmaps and prioritise features.
- Manage product backlogs: elaborate user stories, set priorities and accept delivery.
- Capture user feedback, track benefits realisation and service performance to iterate product design.
- Manage supplier performance and mentor product team members; support business development when needed.

Requirements:
- Proven product management experience, ideally with public-sector/GDS delivery and Service Standard assessments.
- Comfortable working in agile multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience with roadmapping, backlog management, user research and benefits realisation.
- Consulting experience desirable; ability to coach and mentor junior product staff.
