## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary pod for Top Goal: set strategy, prioritise work and own delivery and outcomes.
- Define product roadmap, KPIs and success metrics for new features and live operations.
- Drive data-informed decisions: design experiments, run A/B tests and iterate quickly on results.
- Own game pricing and collaborate on game-economy design with game designers.
- Plan and execute Live Ops: monthly offers, events and retention-driving campaigns.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Art, Marketing and Analytics to launch and grow features.
- Build player feedback loops and perform qualitative and quantitative teardowns of competitors.

Requirements:
- 5+ years working on B2C digital products (Product Management, Game Design or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions.
- User-centric mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced agile teams and owning end-to-end outcomes.
- Passion for mobile games; bonus: free-to-play experience and football domain knowledge.
