## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design and delivery of Agentic AI and hyperautomation initiatives across Banking Operations.
- Architect end-to-end AI workflows and govern multi-step automations to reduce manual back-office work.
- Drive process mining, workflow mapping and end-to-end re-engineering (not just lift-and-shift).
- Integrate AI agents with core CRM (Salesforce) and central AWS/platform architecture.
- Define and track measurable outcomes (FTE impact, handling time, error rates, cost per unit, ROI).
- Own change management: remove adoption barriers and embed new capabilities into daily operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, Ops) to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act).

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering or Operational Transformation, ideally in fintech/tech.
- Proven track record deploying ML/AI or automation solutions at scale (Agentic AI, RPA, hyperautomation).
- Experience with process mining, workflow redesign and CRM/platform integration (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL, Power BI or similar for metric tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, change management and governance experience in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AWS/platform architecture and prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience translating technical ML concepts into production-ready operational systems.
