## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for Agentic AI and hyperautomation in Banking Operations.
- Design, deploy and govern AI-driven workflows that target high-volume, control-sensitive processes.
- Lead process mining, workflow capture and full process re-design efforts to improve throughput and controls.
- Partner with Platform and Conversational Banking teams to integrate solutions into Salesforce and AWS infrastructure.
- Set clear KPIs (FTE savings, handling times, error rates, cost/per unit) and measure value realization.
- Drive adoption via change management, training and operational embedding; ensure launch readiness across pods.
- Ensure regulatory and data protection compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act) working with Legal, Compliance and Data Protection teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering or Operational Transformation, preferably in fintech/regulated environments.
- Demonstrable experience taking ML/AI or automation products from concept to enterprise adoption.
- Hands-on with process mining, workflow mapping and CRM/platform integrations (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong data literacy (SQL, Power BI or similar) and ability to define measurable ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership and regulatory governance experience.
- Familiarity with AWS/platform architectures and prompt engineering for AI agents.
