## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design, and enterprise adoption of Agentic AI, hyperautomation, and process-mining for Banking Operations.
- Architect multi-step AI workflows and govern their deployment, reliability, and safety.
- Drive change management: remove adoption barriers and embed AI into day-to-day operational decisions.
- Lead process capture, mining, and workflow redesign to optimize end-to-end flows rather than automating broken processes.
- Integrate solutions with core platforms (Salesforce, AWS) and partner with Conversational Banking and Platform teams.
- Define and track ROI and operational metrics (FTE impact, handling time, error rates, cost-per-unit).
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with Data Protection, Legal, and Governance teams (GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Prepare product and operational readiness for launches to avoid downstream disruption.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, Process Engineering, or Operational Transformation in tech/fintech environments.
- Proven experience deploying AI/automation at scale (Agentic AI, RPA, or similar) with measurable impact.
- Strong process mining, workflow mapping, and redesign experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Data-driven: SQL, Power BI or equivalent for defining and tracking metrics.
- Deep stakeholder management skills and experience driving cross-functional adoption.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act) and experience collaborating with Compliance teams.
