## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Runtime Platform (control plane, data plane, infra-as-code, networking, compute and governance).
- Deliver a compliant, developer-friendly platform that enables internal teams to build, scale and operate products securely.
- Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance and business stakeholders to align priorities and execute global rollouts.
- Own build vs buy decisions, measure platform impact and set clear goals and KPIs to improve developer efficiency and operational metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions and lead initiatives to simplify developer workflows and reduce operational friction.
- Lead cross-functional delivery using agile practices; act as the central communicator of product vision and trade-offs.

Requirements:
- Experience building internal developer tools or platforms used by engineering teams.
- Proven track record delivering scalable infrastructure products in mature environments.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud computing, infra-as-code, networking and platform primitives.
- Data-driven decision making and experience defining/productizing platform KPIs and SLAs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams to ship platform capabilities.

## Responsibilities

You will define the strategy and evolution of the Runtime Platform to ensure it meets the needs of internal engineering teams and regulatory standards. You will act as the central point of communication between product, engineering, design, and cross-functional departments to drive platform scalability.

## Requirements

You must have experience building internal tools for developers and a strong technical background in cloud computing. A proven track record of managing scalable products within an agile, cross-functional environment is required.
