## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for Subscriptions (Extra, Perks, Max) to drive growth and customer value.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, research and marketing to ship experiments and features.
- Set and measure key metrics, run experiments and use data/ML collaboration to inform prioritisation and optimise retention and monetisation.
- Communicate product context and inspire stakeholders across the business to align on roadmaps and decisions.
- Break down complex problems into testable experiments and scalable solutions that improve customer experience and commercial impact.

Requirements:
- Significant product management experience shipping consumer subscription or membership products at scale.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments and collaborating with data/ML teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgement and ability to make trade-offs with incomplete information.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills; strong verbal and written storytelling.
- Resilience, creativity and a customer-first approach to drive continuous improvement and growth.
