## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own conversion and activation metrics across the user funnel (visitor → signup → activated → engaged).
- Design and run rigorous experimentation (hypothesis, metrics, test implementation, analysis, iterate) to move growth KPIs.
- Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages and in-product moments to accelerate time-to-value.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science and marketing to scope, ship and measure high-impact growth features.
- Build dashboards, define success metrics and surface insights that guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Share learnings and help grow an experimentation culture across teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience with ≥2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization or experimentation in consumer or SaaS products.
- Strong quantitative skills, comfortable with SQL, funnel analysis and experiment design.
- Proven track record of improving growth metrics through structured experiments and data-driven prioritization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data scientists and marketers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration and translating qualitative feedback into testable product changes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to evangelize learnings and outcomes.
