Responsibilities:
- Translate business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into clear, implementation-ready system requirements and functional specifications.
- Define end-to-end financial data and money flows across products, partners, and internal systems (transaction → accounting record → reporting).
- Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components.
- Coordinate with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams to define scope, dependencies, and delivery phases.
- Identify affected services, integrations, and teams; shape and prioritise the team backlog with the product lead.
- Support engineering and QA during implementation: define edge cases, expected behaviours, and assist in incident analysis.
- Maintain clear, usable technical and functional documentation for engineers and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, or Business Analyst with strong system-analysis experience.
- Comfortable breaking down large business processes into technical flows and sequence/state diagrams.
- Experience with distributed, service-based architectures and API/integration design (REST, SOAP, gRPC).
- Strong documentation skills: functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
