## About the role

Senior QA Engineer (Full stack)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute and maintain manual and automated test suites for backend and end-to-end scenarios.
- Design test strategies covering functional, performance, stress and reliability testing for distributed systems.
- Create traceability matrices, write test cases in Allure TestOps, and map tests to requirements.
- Automate tests using Java and integrate them into CI; participate in test code reviews and quality improvements.
- Validate microservices and event-driven flows, including message brokers, async processing and inter-service communication.
- Test socket-based integrations (WebSocket, TCP, gRPC) and verify backend state via SQL queries.
- Maintain and troubleshoot test environments on Linux, monitor test stability and reduce flakiness.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to triage defects, perform root cause analysis and drive fixes.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in QA for backend systems; at least 2 years troubleshooting Java applications and writing Java automation.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, test design techniques and non-functional testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, message brokers (e.g., Kafka) and caching systems (e.g., Redis).
- Proven experience testing socket/protocol integrations (WebSocket, TCP, gRPC); familiarity with binary protocols (e.g., FIX) is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres, ClickHouse) and comfort with Linux CLI for environment maintenance and debugging.
- Experience with Allure TestOps or similar test reporting tools and CI pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; English required, Russian desirable; experience in trading/Forex is a plus.
