Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and scale access systems that control human and service access to AWS (least-privilege by default).
- Manage Teleport (or similar) for secure access to servers, DBs and Kubernetes clusters.
- Build and maintain automated IAM workflows and multi-account policies in AWS.
- Implement and improve Just‑In‑Time (JIT) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to reduce permanent attack surface.
- Maintain and evolve access-related Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and integrate access controls into provisioning pipelines.
- Collaborate with Cloud Control and platform teams to embed security policies and automate authorization flows.
- Produce monitoring, alerts and runbooks for authentication/authorization; investigate and remediate access incidents.
- Prepare technical evidence and support internal/external audits; identify gaps and drive remediation initiatives.

Requirements:
- Production experience with AWS IAM, Organizations and multi-account security models.
- Hands-on exposure to Teleport or comparable PAM/JIT tools and access management tooling.
- Strong Terraform skills for security and access IaC.
- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP).
- Experience coding automation in Go and/or Python.
- Familiarity with container access/RBAC in Kubernetes and Docker environments.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Security-first mindset, proactive problem solving, strong communication and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced teams.
