Responsibilities:
- Co-own and evolve the Android codebase, toolchain and development processes for IVION Go.
- Design and drive architecture decisions using Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, Jetpack Compose and Jetpack libraries.
- Collaborate with product, design and cross-platform engineers to build spatially aware mobile experiences.
- Maintain high code quality: conduct reviews, share knowledge, and champion testing (TDD/BDD), instrumentation and CI/CD.
- Implement performance, stability and offline-capable features for mapping and visual positioning scenarios.
- Mentor teammates and help improve team practices and mobile delivery.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of Android development experience with strong Kotlin expertise.
- Deep experience with Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack Compose, Room, Lifecycle/ViewModel, Retrofit and DI (Koin or similar).
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns) applied in production contexts.
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with ARCore, game engines or 3D rendering frameworks is a strong plus.
- Quality-driven mindset, ownership of full SDLC and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team.
- Experience applying agentic AI workflows or tooling to improve coding productivity is desirable.
