Responsibilities:
- Lead technical initiatives to improve product quality, reliability and performance.
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap and ensure engineering decisions meet user needs.
- Implement features in a cross-functional Consumer Product team from design to production.
- Work with architects to identify and solve scalability, reliability and data consistency challenges.
- Drive improvements to the product delivery process, CI/CD and monitoring.
- Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews and promote best engineering practices.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional backend experience, ideally with PHP and Symfony.
- Strong experience with relational databases (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) and scalable system design.
- Familiarity with search, caching and messaging technologies (Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ) preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience delivering in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; willingness to work from Vilnius or Kaunas.
