Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a full-stack platform that enables food companies to reduce climate footprints.
- Implement and optimise front-end and back-end code; design and build robust APIs and system integrations.
- Ensure platform performance, availability and scalability; monitor, troubleshoot and implement preventative fixes.
- Own data security, privacy and access control policies and their technical implementation.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, designers, product leads, farmers and other stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
- Contribute to the team’s technical vision and proactively identify risks, pain points and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, reliable and maintainable systems or experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong full-stack skills: frontend and backend development, API design, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers and orchestration tools, plus monitoring and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of data security, privacy practices and access control.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and able to work in a hybrid setup with regular weekly office presence in Stockholm.
