## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver large-scale, cloud-native distributed services with high availability and scalability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation (ArgoCD/Jenkins) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
- Implement monitoring, alerting and incident response tooling; participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems.
- Troubleshoot performance, capacity and infrastructure issues; conduct system analysis and optimisations.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product and Security teams to shape infrastructure and platform decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices and SLO/SLI-driven reliability.

Requirements:
- 8+ years relevant experience as a Software/DevOps engineer.
- Strong Java skills plus scripting competence; experience with CI/CD, containers (Docker), Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with IaC (Terraform/Ansible), observability (Prometheus, logging, tracing) and incident management.
- Solid understanding of capacity planning, performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English and experience working cross-functionally in agile teams.
- Willingness to work hybrid (role notes 2 days/week in office) and support relocation where applicable.
