Responsibilities:
- Act as Feature Lead: scope problems, coordinate work within a small full‑stack stream team and ship features to production.
- Deliver high-quality full‑stack features across backend and frontend as required by the stream.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design solutions that deliver customer value.
- Contribute to technical decisions, surface trade‑offs and help manage technical risks.
- Foster a psychologically safe, collaborative team environment and participate in regular on-site collaboration (hybrid requirement).

Requirements:
- 5+ years of development experience with meaningful full‑stack exposure.
- Comfortable with strongly‑typed languages (TypeScript, Java, .NET, PHP) and able to learn Go/React quickly.
- Experience using AI coding tools in the development workflow and curiosity about AI-augmented engineering.
- Good understanding of secure coding practices and ability to explain technical choices clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; willingness to travel to the office twice weekly (The Hague or Berlin).
