## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production trading platforms: deployments, capacity, certificates, health checks and tenant management across regions.
- Triage and resolve incidents quickly, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Drive automation-first solutions: auto-remediation, replace manual runbooks with code, and remove recurring toil.
- Manage monitoring and alerting stacks (Checkmk, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus); move configs into code and tune alerts for actionability.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and delivery tooling (GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy); design safe release flows and deployment orchestration.
- Build production-grade tooling with tests, CI and documentation; contribute upstream to global platform products.
- Collaborate closely with development and infra teams to translate requirements into reliable, operable platform solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven SRE/DevOps/platform engineering experience supporting production-critical systems.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, Octopus Deploy, Ansible and monitoring stacks (Checkmk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Comfortable with on-call rotations and a willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends.
- Good troubleshooting skills, incident handling experience and a drive to automate root causes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; strong collaboration and communication skills.
