Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end backend features: design, implement, test and deploy production-grade services for Avrios.
- Deliver AI-driven capabilities (LLM-based document processing, TensorFlow, SpringAI integrations) and OEM cloud integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and customers to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly.
- Make pragmatic engineering decisions balancing speed, scalability and maintainability; reduce technical debt and improve reliability.
- Share knowledge, review code, and contribute to team practices that improve delivery and system health.
Requirements:
- Strong CS fundamentals and production experience building backend systems in Java (Spring Boot preferred).
- Practical experience or interest in AI/ML integrations (Python, TensorFlow, LLM tooling is a plus).
- Comfortable with cloud-based CI/CD (AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild) and scalable architectures.
- Ownership mindset, strong problem-solving, ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Pragmatic approach to trade-offs, good communication skills, and willingness to support full-stack topics when needed.
