Responsibilities:
- Build and ship full-stack features quickly: implement front-end interfaces and back-end services, and deploy to production.
- Operate and maintain high-availability services used by millions of users; monitor, debug, and optimize performance and reliability.
- Work cross-functionally with Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data teams to deliver product improvements and experiments.
- Propose and evolve scalable system architecture and technical design to meet future growth needs.
- Mentor new hires, participate in code reviews, and contribute to an impact-focused engineering culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale (front-end and back-end).
- Analytical mindset and experience working on metric-driven growth problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in a hybrid model and mentor peers.
