## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Ship end-to-end full-stack features for agentic developer tools, owning prompt design, tool integration and orchestration.
- Build evaluation frameworks and metrics for non-deterministic agent behavior to define success before release.
- Improve observability, cost-efficiency and reliability across production systems that power internal developer workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to measure and raise developer throughput and platform quality.
- Move quickly while introducing rigorous testing, monitoring and deployment practices for emergent AI systems.

Requirements:
- Several years of full-stack development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, function-calling/MCP-style integrations or agentic systems.
- Experience deploying and operating production systems at scale with attention to observability and cost.
- Ability to design evaluation and testing strategies for non-deterministic behavior.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort shipping early, iterating fast and defining new best practices.

## Responsibilities

Design and ship agentic features for internal development tools and build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI behavior. Own end-to-end systems including prompt design, tool integration, and observability to improve developer throughput.

## Requirements

Requires at least three years of full-stack development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures. Must have hands-on experience building with LLM APIs and a proven ability to deploy production systems at scale.
