Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain payment services and integrations, ensuring high availability and secure handling of financial flows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and senior engineers to shape the payment roadmap and technical decisions.
- Implement backend features using PHP (8.4) and Symfony (7.4), and deploy services in Docker/Kubernetes environments.
- Use observability tools (Kibana, Grafana, New Relic) to monitor performance and drive iterative improvements.
- Automate operational processes with Payment Operations to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Work with Data Engineering to stream financial data into Snowflake and enable business reporting in Superset.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience, ideally with PHP and Symfony frameworks.
- Experience or strong interest in payment processing, PSP integrations, KYC/onboarding flows is a plus.
- Comfortable working with containerized cloud deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and BI tooling and collaborating across product, ops and data teams.
- Fluent English and readiness to work in a distributed team with occasional office collaboration in Kaunas.
