## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel (TALL stack where applicable).
- Own features end-to-end: implementation, deployment, monitoring and iteration on performance and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions, improve CI/CD, containerization and observability practices.
- Mentor and review work from junior engineers; perform code reviews and share best practices.
- Use AI-powered tools responsibly to accelerate development while maintaining privacy and security standards.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong PHP and Laravel experience; familiarity with the TALL stack (Livewire, Tailwind, Alpine.js) is a plus.
- Practical experience with MySQL/MariaDB, REST APIs, AWS, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience owning services end-to-end, monitoring production systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Good communication, collaboration and mentoring skills; awareness of AI tool limitations and security/privacy implications.
