Responsibilities:
- Break down larger projects into deliverable tasks and implement them in phases with team support.
- Collaborate with product, design and analytics to define scope, technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Contribute to operations: implement monitoring, maintain runbooks, support on-call rotations and respond to incidents.
- Write clear, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue); React Native is a bonus.
- Proficient in backend development with Python or Kotlin and comfortable navigating large codebases.
- Strong debugging skills, experience writing tests, and producing readable, extensible code.
- Good communicator with an ownership mindset and eagerness to learn and take feedback.

## Responsibilities

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for repayment user journeys while collaborating with product, design, and analytics teams. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotations and ensure the availability and performance of your team's software artifacts.
