Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end features on backend and/or frontend: design, implement, test and deploy production code.
- Solve scalability, automation and AI-driven workflow challenges (LLM document processing, OEM cloud integrations).
- Partner with Product and Design to define requirements, iterate on solutions and validate user outcomes.
- Participate in architecture and implementation decisions, code reviews and system reliability improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD, reduce technical debt and mentor peers through knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Strong fundamentals with production experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Angular (TypeScript).
- Experience with testing, CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS recommended).
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs, design pragmatic solutions and deliver independently.
- Product-focused mindset and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work with AI tooling and integrations (TensorFlow, SpringAI) is a plus.
