## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features across backend and/or frontend: design, implement, test and ship production-ready code.
- Build scalable solutions for fleet management use cases (automation, cloud integrations, LLM-based document processing).
- Collaborate with Product, Design and customers to translate needs into usable features and validate outcomes.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews and improvements to system reliability and observability.
- Reduce technical debt, improve CI/CD and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements:
- Strong CS fundamentals and production experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Angular (TypeScript).
- Practical experience with testing, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Problem-solving mindset: evaluate trade-offs and design pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Ownership and ability to deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn AI/ML integrations (TensorFlow, SpringAI, etc.) as needed.

## Responsibilities

You will design, build, and maintain production-grade features across the full stack, owning the lifecycle from concept to release. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers and designers to solve complex technical challenges and improve system scalability.
