Responsibilities:

- Build and iterate on AI-powered, collaborative workflows and user-facing product experiences.
- Translate complex enterprise processes into clear, intuitive interfaces and UX flows.
- Implement document synthesis and generation features backed by LLM infrastructure.
- Own features end-to-end: design → implementation → launch → iteration.
- Integrate with enterprise tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint) and internal APIs.
- Collaborate closely with design, GTM, and services teams; move quickly with high ownership.

Requirements:
- 4+ years software engineering experience (post-BS/MS).
- Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning product engineering background; proven SaaS feature delivery.
- Comfortable working across UI, API, and data layers with solid CS fundamentals.
- Strong product judgment, speed of execution, and early-stage startup grit.
- NYC-based and able to work in-office 5 days/week; visa sponsorship (H-1B/O-1/OPT) available.
