Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technical vision for OLIX hyperscale infrastructure across cluster orchestration, fleet management, networking and platform management.
- Translate business strategy into concrete architectural priorities and high-impact technical investments.
- Establish and enforce architectural principles, interface contracts and standards (scheduling, ingress/egress, fleet ops, platform management).
- Make core technical decisions across orchestration, scheduling, fleet systems, networking design and deployment strategy.
- Drive cross-team alignment through influence, clear reasoning and technical rigor rather than direct authority.
- Mentor senior engineers and raise the organisation’s technical bar through hands-on technical leadership.

Requirements:
- Principal-level experience (10+ years) delivering large-scale distributed systems and hyperscale platform architecture in production.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cluster orchestration, fleet operations, networking at scale, SLOs, observability and incident management.
- Proven ability to set architecture and make defensible trade-offs across full platform stacks (orchestration, deployment, networking).
- Strong systems thinking, cross-team influence, excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Experience with platform lifecycle, deployment strategies and operational excellence for high-reliability infrastructure.
