## About the role

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features: talk to users, design solutions, implement, and measure outcomes.
- Visit inspectors to gather requirements and redesign the mobile app for field workflows.
- Build systems to capture voice, photos, and video and support automated report completion.
- Implement data flows and context pipelines that feed AI models (standards, media, user intent).
- Contribute to the workflow builder and ensure reliable offline/online behavior.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of practical software engineering experience with product-facing work.
- Strong coding skills and experience with mobile or full-stack systems and APIs.
- Familiarity integrating AI or ML services and handling unstructured media and data.
- Comfortable working in-person (Farringdon office) and engaging with end users.
- Collaborative, hands-on, and outcome-focused with strong communication skills.

## Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end development of inspection software, including redesigning mobile applications and building systems that automate report generation. You will also be responsible for engineering how AI models ingest and process field data, such as voice notes and media.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is a deeply technical engineer who prefers hands-on coding and problem-solving over high-level management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment and have a strong desire to build innovative solutions for the inspection industry.
